Data storage. Data sent through the Site’s forms is stored on the host’s servers. Newsletter sign-ups are also stored by AQ Productions’ email service providers: Luvia Digital Limited (Mailercloud service), Hamilton House, Mabledon Place, London WC1H 9BB, United Kingdom, and Hostinger International Limited, whose details are given above.
4. Festival organisation
Crazy New Year Festival is produced and organised by AQ Productions, co-organised with Body Drop, a non-profit association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901 and based in Saint-Genest-Malifaux (Loire), which handles the operational side of the event.
The festival is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be required at the entrance.
5. Tickets, shop and shuttles
Tickets. No tickets are sold on the Site. Festival tickets are sold by AQ Productions through the Shotgun ticketing platform (https://shotgun.live), to which the “Tickets” and “Book now” buttons link. Purchases are subject to Shotgun’s terms and conditions and to the specific conditions shown on the event page. In accordance with Article L. 221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, tickets for a leisure activity provided on a specific date do not carry a right of withdrawal.
Shop. Festival merchandise is sold by AQ Productions on the online shop https://shop.crazynewyearfestival.com. Payments are processed by SumUp. Orders benefit from the fourteen-day right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. Any questions about an order can be sent to info@aq-productions.fr.
Shuttles. Coach trips to the festival, including packages combining a ticket and transport, are offered and sold by Akkros Voyages, registered in the French register of travel and holiday operators under number IM088150003, under its sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and all its components (structure, texts, visuals, photographs, videos, aftermovies, graphic identity, logos, domain names) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. They are the property of AQ Productions, Body Drop or their partners, or are used with the permission of their owners.
The names “Crazy New Year” and “Crazy New Year Festival”, as well as the associated logos, are protected, in particular by a trademark registered with the INPI, and are jointly operated by AQ Productions and Body Drop. The names, logos and photographs of the artists, as well as partners’ trademarks and logos, remain the property of their respective owners and are reproduced with their consent for the purpose of promoting the festival.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written permission of AQ Productions is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The exceptions provided for in Article L. 122-5 of the same code remain applicable.
The media may use the content made available to them on the Press page solely for the purpose of informing the public about the festival, with the associated credits.
Credits. Site design and development: AQ Productions. Festival photographs: Mathieu Brochier, Maxime Maniere and Lucas Chalon. Artist photographs: press visuals supplied by the artists or their representatives, all rights reserved. Any author wishing to have their credit added or corrected can write to info@aq-productions.fr.
7. Published information and hyperlinks
Published information. AQ Productions takes care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date. The line-up, set times, on-site services and practical information are provided for guidance only and may change up until the day of the festival. Up-to-date information is published on the Site and on the event page on Shotgun.
Availability. Access to the Site may be temporarily interrupted, in particular for maintenance or security reasons.
Links to third-party sites. The Site contains links to third-party sites and services, including Shotgun, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Google Maps and artists’ pages. These sites are published under the responsibility of their respective operators, who apply their own terms of use and privacy policies.
8. Personal data and cookies
AQ Productions is the controller of the personal data collected through the Site, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and amended French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. The purposes, legal bases, recipients and retention periods are detailed in the Privacy policy.
Everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port their data, which they can exercise by writing to info@aq-productions.fr. They can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, CNIL), https://www.cnil.fr.
The Site uses cookies and other trackers. Audience measurement trackers (Google Analytics) and advertising trackers (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) are only set with the user’s consent, obtained through the banner displayed on the first visit. Users can accept, refuse or customise their choices, and change them at any time.
9. Complaints, mediation and applicable law
Complaints. Any complaint can be sent to AQ Productions by email to info@aq-productions.fr or by post to its registered office address.
Consumer mediation. In accordance with Articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers whose written complaint has not received a satisfactory response may refer the matter free of charge, within one year of that complaint, to the consumer mediator covering AQ Productions: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, https://www.cm2c.net.
